Well Urvashi and I drove up to hang with De and Malek Friday night. I must say he is a very nice guy, very quiet, but "car-ego " driven just like our beloved Danny271@aol-com. We kinda just chilled talked a lot and kicked back.
Unfortunately we didnt get drunk or do other stupid shit as De was ass deep into his engine bay as we suspected. His car is coming along just fine and we routed all the Haltech wiring other wiring. Malek stripped down the 2JZ block for the build up.
I prepped and painted my fender lips with the aid of the left over paint I asked De to buy for me. Came out pretty nice.
We talked a lot and just enjoyed everyones company in true LC fashion.
We all went out to UNO's for dinner with De and a few friends. And we all shared a TSoStupid moment and laughed our asses off as we all ordered the OREO sundae and proceeded to each pose and take pics of how TSop would have eaten his sundae. Even all the girls got into it. IT was hilarious and I think De has pics.
We told a few OREO jokes and talked about the next meet and possibly a road trip to Cali. We talked about Lexfest, and a few other events.
Funny, I didnt know a few guys were begging Malek to come by and wire up there NoTec's and PCS's :) lol guys get a life. learn how to do something.
All in all it was a good trip and we got back home at 2:15AM today. It was nice to meet Malek as he will do Lexotic Concepts West Coast some serious justice. and its always great to shoot the shat with De and his army of random friends with car troubles.
