hey guys, i just got my FC and vb back from TE and going to install it this weekend. we will see how that goes. after that is done, then i can tune the car.

for tuning, i am thinking about to either:

1. buy a wideband and learn to tune it myself (costs about $500 + lots of time to learn and install, but a good learning experience)

or

2. dont buy a wideband and just bring the car to RTC for tuning. (costs about $550 but less time I have to invest with nothing much learned....)

i am still rebating......

mike, i am trying to switch to a new job so i need save some money for now, lets get together after things are sorted out.

Wideband as in a wideband o2? Don't you want a wideband o2 for an a/f gauge anyway?

my vote is for the wideband. easier to monitor, and easier to tune if your going to switch maps and what not yourself

yo, im the lone guy behind the black IS in the second picture. I was there. i think it was the first one. youd have to check with TSoprano on the date of those pics.
