Ran the vr4 TT again...
One run.. didnt finish bc of stupid oncoming car out of no where at 2 am on this back road... crazy.. collision almost.

I get no traction at all on launch.. then bog down in 2nd...
start reelin in 3rd.. then oncoming car...
my thoughts... was gonna have the same result as last time i raced him.. pulled in 3rd.

damn, that was close....and dangerous too...next time, race from a ROLL....and make sure no cars are coming, or just go on the highway at like 2am like we do up near spring valley

after seeing that thing launch....u wont beat it from a dig in a 1/4.....only from a roll, IMO

yeah i dunno... i beat him before when i had stock clutch and he had his old turbos...
yeah i think he should be beating me from a dig.. he launches like a bet outta hell

yeah were doing some rolls this week...

Fuck the roll the dig is where it's at. That's what's shows how can do the damn thing.

unless you have racelogic and drag radials with over 300 HP on our cars, IS's= teh suck from a dig :p

we have independent rear suspension, don't need drag radials and race logic just stiffer rear end and 0 camber. There are many RWD cars that are insane from the dig ie C5, E55, NSX etc.

well, u need wider tires then stock, for one thing...and an LSD.....

I saw Danny get squirly from a dig last night racing an STI....every shift he lost traction.....it was NOT pretty.....:mad:

thats what Danny would have done last night, he was about to slingshot past the STI, but they ran a 1/4 exactly, from a dead stop on the GSP....hehe :p

It's all about driver and the driver's skills. If you have maximized all you can do with a setup than change certain aspects. You must fully understand your car and know what the max is in what area before you go around changin shit. I bet if I had 350RWHP/TQ I would kill a number of other cars on stock tires (pending I have the understanding of my car with that power level that I do now N/A) Once I get boosted i will have to relearn the car and its capabilities and get to my current level of familiarity as I do with N/A. Then I can just show and prove. :cool:
