Who knows how to do this? I have tried to remove the damn thing with no luck what-so-ever.

its very simple dude...

use a flat head, pry off the entire plastic piece, not just the actual clear lense, that is attached to the rest of it....

Try not to scratch the surrounding area and don't break the palstic.
