^^ let me know, turkey is still thawing.. haha.
Take it from someone who bakes turkeys :D
grind some onion, garlic celantro, parlsey, thyme, bay leaf or 2 with a little oil in a blender to make kinda like a pesto paste.
wash the turkey out with vinegar to get than stank brid flu away.
dry the turkey. (very important) dont leave it wet inside.
Take paste and proceed to rub that thruought the inside of turkey, under wings and under legs.
Use blackpepper and LIGHT salt (turkey will spring its own juices and may become salty) on the outside. Let sit overnight tonight in a basin to marinate.
DO NOT STUFF THE TURKEY. I know this is typical white america idea of seasoning but we all know white people cant cook, thats why they BBQ or eat out.
stuffing turkey makes it spoil faster if not eaten to a carcass in one day. plus no one likes bird flu flavored stuffing.
PLUS --- stuffing stops the turkey from cooking thoroughly inside and out (cough-- birdflu -- cough)
FYI.... when pop-up timer pops up that just means the turkey has reached the optimal internal cooking temperature. IT DOES NOT mean its DONE!!!
Continue to cook turkey for another 30-45mins. depending on size of turkey 15+ lbs give it another hour!
enjoy.
I have done this every year for the past 10yrs and counting! I know wassup
Your wives and gf's will give u a 3some after they taste ur turkey :D

I did a mix of injecting marinade in the meat and then applying a dry jamaican rub on the turkey. let sit overnight and cook.
You'll have a juicy and tasty turkey
