yea thats the same place... you have to get there early to get any good driving in... the cops eventually come around 12 pm and then you have to stop... i try to attempt to drift there when i can...
and thats my car with the painted hood....

yea thats floyd bennet field in ny right near the verrezano (sp?) brigde.
apparently its where cops practice their driving techniques and high speed pursuits, but thats during the week. on weekends, people go there to fly their rc planes and crap like that.

i dont think you could hit top speed over there by any means...
the pavement is probably about 1-1.5 miles long... you could maybe hit 130 but thats pushing it... remember you also have to take into account braking distance from that speed...
at the end there is a sand hill... literally... which im sure you wouldnt want to hit.... but when you go tell me... im always down to go there to fuck around...
