I dunno, maybe 90~100mph (94~160 Km/h). I think he's a nutcase, I wouldn't ever do that, putting myself and others in total danger. It's one thing to fly straight in 100mph, but another to be cutting in and out like that. All it takes is one driver not seeing you coming and suddenly switch lanes and boom you're fucked.
