Guys Need Help/Opinion on tire tread (pics)

I bought a used tire off .net for 70$ shipped and i just received it. The seller told me there was 70% tread left, IMO this looks more like 30% if that. I know it was cheap but still its the principal.

I bought this bc i got a flat and i was going to use it with my current tire and then buy a new set for my rears in a month or two. But then I decided to just buy 2 toyo t1-r's instead so i have matching rears since its the summer...... and i was goin to sell this, but now i dont think i can even sell this.

How much tread do u guys think is left on this and what should i do. I feel like i kinda got scammed but I wanted you guy's opinion also.

yea thanks guys thats what i figured, ill get my money back ill just have my amex card chargeback paypal and they will get money back from the seller, im not too worried. also I just found 2 nice industrial staples in the tire. serves me right buyin from a newb but oh well.

its alrigth guys the seller refunded 40$ to me so i ate up the shipping. i was going to ship it back and get the whole 70 but we agreed on 40 since it woul dbe about 20 or so to ship it.
