I called you yesterday, wondering if you raced a black Supercharged TL....

a friend of mine was down the shore and said he saw a Gray IS with tinted windows and had a girl in the passenger seat. He claimed that he raced and spanked the boosted IS300 pretty bad from 45mph. He heard the "psssst" BOV going off and spanked it pretty bad...

nope wasn't me... i havn't been able to boost my car for a few weeks now.... something is messed up with the car...

Day: July 4th
Time: No sure (afternoon between 1pm ~ 5pm)
Place: Near the beach around Barnagate / LBI

Race: He spotted a gray IS300 with tinted windows, so he looked in. He noticed there's a female in the passenger seat and a male driving with a baseball cap turned side ways. He couldn't clearly see who was in the vehilce since the windows were tinted slightly. Followed the IS300 for a bit and noticed the BOV going off from the IS300, so he signaled to race.
Rolled at 45mph and beat him pretty bad, went again, same result.
He figured it was my buddy from the video I posted and wanted to know.

His car is about 345hp

^ im thinking non boosted is300. SRT suction can easily be thought of as a bov. i fooled a coupel people with mine last year. especially if a 345 hp car walked him bad. even a basic turbo setup on an is300 yields 300 hp, which is hardly goign to get killed on the highway. is3's are all top end

Nope, def not me. My car was parked and sitting pretty around that time.. while I was soaking in the pool. :D

I was thinking the same too. A boosted IS300 getting that bad of a beat down has to be either something wrong or not boosted at all. Even though my buddy's TL is quite fast at that HP.
